This year's battle of the bands was held on Friday May 18th, 2007 in the auditorium @ 7:00PM. The band's were judged by three anonymous music industry professionals this year based on the following criterion: originality, stage performance/audience appreciation, & musical proficiency. Overall the bands placed in this order:
1st Place: TB & J Sandwhich (Seniors Tim Cloninger & Brijesh Jani)
2nd Place: Amanda (Juniors John Liberto & Joe Parker)
3rd Place: The Belvideres (Freshman Joey deLutio)
By Category: Amanda placed 1st in musical proficiency, TB & J Sandwhich placed 1st in originality, & The Belvideres placed 1st in stage/performance/audience appreciation (making the judge's final decision very difficult). All bands did a great job and performed all original material! Huge thanks to the bands, the judges, Diego Argueta & Lucas Morrow for their help with sound and lights, and Mr. Muehleman & Mrs. Parker for their presence as well.
