Mr. Wrightson is in his fourth year teaching at Driscoll Catholic. He graduated from Driscoll in 2000. During his time as a student at Driscoll, he was involved with band, chorus, and drama (under the direction of Mr. Jim Lilly & Mr. Michael Neis). Mr. Wrightson graduated from Elmhurst College in 2004 with a degree in Music Business. He was involved with the Elmhurst College Band, the Elmhurst College Concert Choir (under the direction of Sue Moninger), and the Elmhurst Choral Union. He studied voice privately with Aaron Johnson for four years, and studied audio engineering/studio recording with John Towner. He worked as a sound engineer at 602 North Rock Club with Bryan Clavey and has been involved with Chicago's local music scene for many years. Among the many bands/artists Mr. Wrightson has performed with, recorded, or worked sound for include: Nabas, Mental Image, Sudden Dark, Mindsight, Rachel Sabonis, S.A.F.E., Sleeping Shelby, Doppler Shift, Chris Olker, Local H, Left Setter, Catchstone, Substance, Atrophy Annie, & Kashmir. Mr. Wrightson is currently working towards his master's degree in music education at VanderCook College of Music in Chicago, IL.
